Brief
A site visit is essential. This allows us to meet the client, get a feel for the landscape, and discuss the clients vision. We normally provide a written brief for further discussion.
Survey
A full topographical survey is normally required and a surveyor is commissioned, this forms the basis for all future proposals.
Concept
From our discussions with the client we provide fully illustrated conceptual plans for review and comment. Design changes are made at this point, so that by the end of this stage we have a blue print design to work from.
Detailed Design
Once the concept has been agreed we move into detailed design. We will provide detailed drawings and schedules that will allow the landscape to be built and planted.
Tender
We will provide construction drawings for contractors to tender from, we can also advise on suitable contractors and nurseries.
Procurement
TFLD have an extensive library of contractors and suppliers including specialists in bespoke designs. We can advise and secure contracts and materials to suite all budgets.
