Private House - Surrey
A five acre garden with good views to the south over rolling farm land and beautiful mature oaks, with the potential to be a most interesting and diverse garden. Our proposals include a large informal pond with an oak pavilion and cantilevered deck, surrounded by a woodland garden. A redesign of the garden around the entrance will include water and substantial planting to soften the imposing Victorian facade. By contrast the back of the house will have a contemporary brimming water feature, formal and informal gardens with wild flower meadows, vegetable garden, fire pit and ‘sundowner’ sitting area. We are both the designers and project managers on this ambitious project.
